What is Haven Healing?

We believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth, especially for Black and Brown people who may face unique challenges and experiences related to systemic racism, discrimination, and trauma.

 

Our therapists are committed to providing a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to therapy that acknowledges the specific experiences and needs of Black individuals. We understand that healing is a journey and that it can take time, patience, and support to overcome past traumas and build resilience.

 

Through therapy, we aim to help individuals process their emotions, develop coping strategies, and gain insight and clarity into their lives. We provide a safe and affirming space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment or discrimination.

 

Our therapists use a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and interpersonal therapy, to help clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being.
